Maldives to Host Digital Summit 2026 in Collaboration with World Bank

Maldives Digital Service, in partnership with the World Bank, is set to co-host the Maldives Digital Summit 2026.

Scheduled to take place from April 27 to 29 at Barceló Nasandhura, the summit will begin with a full-day conference, followed by a two-day workshop.

The event will bring together global perspectives, best practices, and practical insights designed to support the Government’s “Maldives 2.0” vision.

As the lead agency behind the “Maldives 2.0 Roadmap 2025–2028 – Journey to Digital Transformation,” Maldives Digital Service is organising the summit as part of its ongoing efforts to modernise public services.

The Maldives 2.0 initiative represents the Government’s broader push for digital transformation, aiming to enhance service delivery, drive economic growth, and improve nationwide access to essential information.
