Youth Engagement Event “Mushrif in Real Life” Held in Addu City

A special youth-focused event titled “Mushrif in Real Life” was held this evening at Suadive Café as part of the mayoral campaign of Mushrif Ali, the People’s National Congress (PNC) candidate for Mayor of Addu City.

The event aimed to create a space for meaningful dialogue with Generation Z residents of Addu City, allowing them to share their thoughts, raise concerns, and offer insights into the city’s current issues. The interactive session encouraged open discussion, with participants posing questions directly to Mushrifh Ali and receiving candid responses.

Throughout the discussion, young attendees highlighted the challenges they face in Hithadhoo and broader Addu City from infrastructure concerns to social development needs. In turn, Mushrif Ali assured the participants that, if elected, he is committed to addressing their concerns and delivering tangible solutions that reflect the priorities of Addu’s youth.

By the end of the evening, participants expressed strong support for Mushrif Ali, saying the event strengthened their confidence in his leadership. The session concluded on a positive note, with attendees expressing optimism and enthusiasm for the future of Addu City.
