Cabinet holds Working Session to review development projects and accelerate implementation
The Cabinet convened a Working Session today at the President's Office to share the latest updates on the Government's ongoing development initiatives and discuss strategies to expedite their execution.
During the session, Cabinet members and heads of State-Owned Enterprises held extensive discussions, reviewing progress on the President's electoral pledges and development projects underway across all islands of the Maldives. Noting that solutions have been secured for material shortages stemming from the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, the President instructed the Cabinet to swiftly resume and accelerate numerous stalled projects. Furthermore, the President emphasised the importance of collaborative effort and renewed dedication to ensure that all individual projects are completed within their stipulated deadlines.
